On Monday, June 7, 2021, Issac Martinez, son, brother and loving father of three children, passed away at the age of 46.

Issac was born on March 18, 1975 in Houston, TX. He was blessed with two blended families, his Father Daniel and Stepmother Maria Martinez, and Mother Sophia Tapia. Issac raised two sons, Jonathan and Sergio, and daughter, Desiree Martinez.

Issac’s passion was his family and friends. He was known by many for being a great dad and coach. Many have memories of Coach Issac on different baseball, basketball, soccer and football teams. Here is where he met friends who would eventually become family. Issac loved to celebrate life at family gatherings that consisted of great Tejano music, food, spirits, and dancing. He was an unfiltered man, always joking and testing people’s patience only to end a conversation with a laugh that you knew was by a person, who deep-down, had one of the most caring hearts. He was a man that was there for everyone.

Issac is survived by his father and stepmother, Daniel and Maria, and his mother, Sophia. He is also survived by his three children, Jonathan, Desiree and Sergio, his brothers Daniel, Jose, Joaquin, Javier, Miguel, Gary, Genaro, Gregory, his sisters Amelia, Dolores, Veronica, Erika, Ana, Angelica, Valerie, Priscilla and grandchildren, several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

His funeral will be held on Friday, June 18 ^th , at Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel at 11:30 a.m.
