Alfred De La Rosa

Alfredo De la Rosa, 73, entered into Heaven on the wings of Angels on December 3, 2014 at 1:54AM. He died peacefully, surrounded by his Wife Christine and his Sisters, all by his side at home like he requested. Alfredo was born in Stafford, Texas on November 5 , 1941. He was the son of the late Sigifredo and Maria De La Rosa. Alfredo is preceded in death by his beloved parents;, also by his Brother, Grabriel De La Rosa and his Brother In Law, Joe. Alfredo is survived by his Wife of 42 years, Christine Gonzales De La Rosa; his Royal and devoted pets, Pumpkin and Misty, who never left his side; Sisters, Rosa Cardenas from Houston and Delia Dorman from Sugarland; Sister In Law, Cruz Lemus (Jesus) and Ciria Zaragoza; as well as many nephews and nieces and numerous good friends. Alfredo Honorably served The United States Air Force, stationed in London, England, UK. His favorite sport was playing golf with his friends at Texaco Golf Club. Alfredo was a strong good man with a kind heart and was always very caring and generous man. Special Thanks to Dr. Angel Perez and Hallmark Hospice for all their love, support and care. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel from 3pm to 9m with a Rosary Prayer Service at 7pm. Celebration of Mass will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 9:30am. Rite of Committal will follow in Houston National Cemetery.
