Alvaro Rico Jr.

Alvaro Rico Jr, known as Rick to his friends and as Alvaro to his family, was born on March 18, 1984, in Houston, Texas. He lived a full and vibrant life before passing away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 40.

Alvaro was a kind, hardworking man whose infectious smile and bright personality could light up any room. He had a passion for trying new things, which inspired those around him to embrace life with the same enthusiasm. 

Alvaro was a devoted father to his 13-year-old son, Bradley Rico, who is a true reflection of his father's character and energy. Their bond was one of deep love and admiration, and Alvaro's legacy will continue to shine through Bradley. As a loving brother, son, father, uncle, stepfather, step-grandfather, cousin, and nephew, Alvaro was cherished by his family and loved by many. He also leaves behind his long-term girlfriend, Maria Garza, the love of his life, with whom he shared many years of happiness and joy. Together, they created a life filled with love, laughter, and mutual support, standing by each other's side through all of life's ups and downs. 

Alvaro's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He lived his life fully, embracing every moment with joy and gratitude. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.
