Alvaro Sanchez Torres, 55, was born on November 20, 1960 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 18, 2016 in Houston, Texas.

A visitation with the family will take place on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 11am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (9217 E Avenue L, Houston, TX 77012). Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
