Andrew Garcia was born on June 19,1955 in Houston, Texas. He entered eternal rest on November 3, 2017 in Houston, Texas while being surrounded by his loving family. Andrew is survived by his wife, Minerva Garcia, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage; his brothers, Richard, Ernie, Henry, & Leonard Garcia; his sisters, Sylvia, Ernestina, Esther, & Patricia; and his nephews, Adrian Patino & Juan Dueñez. Andrew will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends who shared with him in life.
