Survivors include: Brothers, Charles John Hernandez, and Don Hernandez and wife June; Sisters, Lupe Zarate and husband Paul, and Mary Jane Perez and husband Ramiro; Nieces, Mary Ann, Paula, Kimberly, Janie, Jackie, Pat, and Kelly; Nephews, Mark and Tray.
