Anita Albarran Cortez, 86, was born April 17, 1937 in Michoacan, Mexico and entered eternal rest on October 4, 2023 in Houston, Texas. Anita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan Albarran & Susana Gonzalez. She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving husband of 72 years of marriage, Job Cortez Jaimes; her sons, Salomon Cortez & Sylvia, Ruben Cortez & Patricia, Eliel Cortez & Reyna, Efrain Cortez & Martha, Obed Cortez & Rosa; her daughters, Maria del Carmen Cortez & Valeriano, Gloria Cortez & Sacramento, Eliud Zavala & Ramiro, Eliael Zavala & Saul; 27 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Anita will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
