Antelina Covarrubias Trejo

Antelina Covarrubias Trejo, 61, was born on September 14, 1955 in Hidalgo, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 3, 2017 at her residence in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family. Antelina was preceded in death by her father, Procoro Covarrubias Benitez; her mother, Maria Rubio Melo; and her daughter, Lorena Trejo. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of 40 years, Joaquin Martinez Trejo; her son, Joaquin Trejo, Jr. & wife Jacquelyn; her daughters, Rosaura Trejo and Ayde Trejo; her brothers, Luis Covarrubias and Reyes Covarrubias; her sister, Lucia Trejo; her grandchildren, Tomas Garcia, Damian Garcia, Jolie Monet, Joaquin Ethan, and Jazely Trejo; also many other relatives and friends. Antelina will be dearly missed by all those who shared with her in life.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10am at St. Christopher Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
