Arleen Cruz Martinez, 61,  was born on October 14, 1959 in Laredo, Texas and was called up to be with her Lord and Savior on May 31, 2021 in Clear Lake, Texas.  Arleen was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Margarita Perales Martinez.  Arleen leaves behind to cherish her memories, her father, Francisco Humberto Martinez; her son, Lucas Francisco Cruz; her daughter, Arleen Marie Gillett & husband James; her brothers, Francisco Martinez II, David Martinez, Roy Martinez, Robert Martinez, Sr., Carlos Martinez, Sr., Jorge Martinez, and Joe Martinez, Sr.; her sisters, Araceli York, Frances Martinez, and Margie Gonzalez; her grandchildren, Kiley Gillett, Kaitlyn Gillet, and Kenzie Gillett; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Arleen will be greatly missed by all who were touched by her loving soul.
