Armando Arias Zamarripa, 91, was born on February 6, 1930 in San Angelo, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on August 22, 2021 in Kingwood, Texas.  Armando was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Javier Zamarripa and Elena Arias; his previous spouse, Mary Lou Walters; his wife, Augustina "Polly" Zamarripa; and his siblings, Antonio Zamarripa, Jose Zamarripa, Anita Diaz, and Tita Fuente.  Armando leaves behind to cherish his memories, his children, Rosalinda Trejo, Oralia Delafuente, Maria Santana, Armando Zamarripa, Jr., Mary Lou Morales, Conrad "Connie" Walle, Rosalinda Rosas, Linonel Rosas, Manuel Rosas, David Ray Zamarripa, and Conrado Daniel Zamarripa; his wife, Lucrecia Ramos Zamarripa; his siblings, Luis Zamarripa and Francisco Zamarripa; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Armando will be greatly missed by all who shares wonderful memories with him.

Rosary: 6:30pm

Funeral Service: 7:00pm

Location: Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel

Cremation will take place on a later date.
