Celica G. Garcia, 75, was born on February 18, 1940 in San Fernando, Tamaulipas, Mexico and went home to be with her "Lord and Savior: on May 23, 2015 in Sugar Land, Texas. Celica is preceded in death by her Husband, Hector Garcia, her Father, Emilio Gracia and her Mother, Micaela Treviño. Survived by her Son, Hector Garcia, Jr. & wife Melisa; her Daughters, Julieta Ruiz & husband Onofre Ruiz and Celica P. Garcia & Miguel Vela; her Brother, Sergio Gracia; her Sister, Marina Gracia; 9 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a Prayer Service at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 11amat The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Interment to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
