Cesar Modesto Ortiz, 52, was born on July 30, 1968 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on August 5, 2020 in Houston, Texas.  Cesar was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his father, Modesto G, Ortiz; and his sister, Blanca E. Montemayor.  Cesar leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mother, Maria R. Ortiz; his loving wife of 37 years, Orfa R. Ortiz; his son, Cesar Modesto Ortiz II; his daughters, Giselle Celeste Ortiz and Cynthia Alyssa Ortiz; his siblings, Irma Ledesma, Elsa Quintanilla, Jose Antonio Ortiz, Dora Ramirez, Concepcion Pesina, Nazaria Ortiz, Petra Guerra, Sonia Hernandez, Hilda Rosas, Rosalba Benavidez, and Nora Castillo; his grandchildren, Julian Cesar Ortiz and Cesar Modesto Ortiz III; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Cesar will be dearly missed by all who were touched by his loving soul.
