Christine Meza Del Campo, 52, was born on April 29, 1969 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2021. Christine was a loving wife, daughter, dog mom, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and dear friend. She was a woman of unwavering faith, possessed a giving and beautiful heart, and was consistently quick to help and lend a hand to others, always with a radiant smile on her face. With her whole heart she loved Jesus, her husband James, her German Shepard Major, and her family. Christine had a passion for praise and worship, loved listening and dancing to disco and Tejano music, and could often be found with a shopping bag in hand. She was a light to all those who knew and encountered her, and leaves behind a legacy of strong faith, joy, and love. Christine treasured and cherished her parents, Paul & Irene Meza, her loving husband of 18 years of marriage, James Martin Del Campo, her sisters, Angie Longoria (John Anthony), Sylvia Balderas (Bobby), Sonya Martinez (Mark), and Valerie Rosalessorto (Erick), her brothers in law, John Martin Del Campo (Cristy), and Joseph Martin Del Campo (Eliza). She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Major. While Christine will be dearly missed, we take joy in knowing she is rejoicing in Heaven until we are reunited.
