Damazo Tello

10/03/1990 - 07/17/2013                   Damazo Tello, was born on October 3, 1990 in Houston, Texas & was called home to be with to be with his “Lord & Savior” on July 17, 2013 at the young age of 22. He is survived by his Parents, Benito & Lorenza Tello; Brothers,Benito Jr. & Devan Tello & Sister, Edith Tello. Damazo was a very spontaneous young man with a very humble heart & captivating personality. Everywhere he went he was sure to make new friends due to his outgoing, fun, playful & adventurous way of being. He had two inmense passions; one was riding his motorcycle & the other for boxing in which he won many fights. Damazo was an excellent boxer who represented the Gulf LBC in many events in Texas and across the country. A representative of Ray’s boxing club under Ray Ontiveros and later Savannah’s boxing club under Clara Savannah. He leaves many wonderful memories in the lives of everyone that had the chance to meet him & will be greatly missed by all his family & friends. Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 3:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Jose Liendo. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Fr. John Paul presiding. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
