Edmund Reyes Flores, Sr., 83, was born on December 1, 1934 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on December 31, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.  Edmund is preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo Flores and Ophelia Reyes. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Aida P. Flores; his sons, Edmund Reyes Flores, Jr. & wife Patsy and Christian Cadena Flores; his daughters, Deborah Ann Flores, Evangeline Flores Avila, and Christina Cadena Flores; his brothers, Robert Flores and Adolf Flores, Jr.; his sisters, Irma Cortez and Angelina Cruz; his grandchildren, Naomi Flores, Edmund R. Flores III, Rhiannon Vasquez, and Aaron Avila; and his great grandchildren, Emma Avila, Erin Avila, and Elise Vasquez.  Edmund will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him and will not be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 5pm to 9pm with a Funeral Service and Military Honors at 7pm at the Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel.  Cremation will take place on a later date.
