Edward Guevara Perez, 50, was born on September 6, 1967 in Houston, Texas to Rodolpho R. Perez and Cruz Guevara and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on September 2, 2018 in Crockett, Texas.  Edward was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need.  He was a hard worker and dedicated employee of O'Rourke Petro Company. Edward was active in scouting, enjoyed softball, and Herbalife.  Edward was an all around good man that will be dearly missed by all.  Edward is preceded in death by his father, Rodolpho R. Perez.  He is survived by his mother, Cruz Perez; his loving wife of 24 years, Claudia M. Perez; his son, Christopher D. Perez; his daughter, Alyssa K. Perez; his brothers, Rudy Perez and Gilbert Perez; his sisters: Romana Fuentes and Estella Perez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
