Elius Rose, Jr., 58, was born on July 1, 1956 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on March 20, 2015 in Katy, Texas. Preceded in death by his beloved Father, Elius Rose, Sr. (1989). Survived by his Mother, Lucy Taylor Rose; Wife of 11 years, Wendy Rose; Stepdaughters, Ashely Autry and Aleece Autry; Brothers, Kevin Rose and Ernest Thomas; Sisters, Margie Walker, Edna Tyler, and Elizabeth Thomas; Nieces, Amber Tyler and Chelsea Tyler; and Nephews, Sherman Walker, Shomari Walker and Patrick Rose.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 1pm to 2pm with a Funeral Service at 2pm at Mount Vernon Baptist Church located at 3618 Stassen St., Houston, TX 77051. Interment will follow in Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
