Eloise Ybarra Castaneda 1937 - 2015

Eloise Ybarra Castaneda, 78, was born on January 9, 1937 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 25, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Eloise will be remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother with the kindest heart. She enjoyed cooking, making crafts, and spending time with her extended family. Eloise is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Susie Ybarra. She is survived by Edward Castaneda and their children; her sons, Edward Thomas Castaneda & wife Laura and Richard Joseph Castaneda; her daughters, Wilma Anne Castaneda, Velma Kay Perry & husband Neal, and Vicki Susan Sicinski & husband Chet; her brothers, Robert Ybarra and Frank Ybarra; her sister, Sylvia Villarreal; her grandchildren, Terry Shaffer & wife Rachael, Nicholas Sicinski, Kimberly Jordan, Justin Sicinski, and Steven Conley; her great grandchildren, Christian, Ethan, Alexandra, Adain, Zachary, and Xander; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7:30pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Committal will take place in Houston National Cemetery on a later date.
