Erasmo "Eddie" Aguilar, 78, was born on January 19, 1938 to Sixto & Elvira Aguilar in Weslaco, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 30, 2016 in Pasadena, Texas. Eddie was preceded in death by his beloved parents; his brothers, Ricardo Aguilar & wife Tina, Fernando Aguilar & wife Carolina, and Roberto Aguilar; his sister, Carolina Garcia & husband Camilo; his brothers in law, Juan Torres and Pedro Saenz. He leaves behind his sons, Eddie Aguilar, Jr. & wife Mary Ann and Ernest Aguilar; his brother, Daniel Aguilar & wife Cecilia; his sisters, Ofelia Torres, Elva Guerrero & husband Lalo, and Delia Saenz; his sister in law, Janie Aguilar; his grandchildren, Genevieve, Israel, Eddie III, and Brenda; 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Eddie will be dearly missed by all those who love him.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Prayer Service by Pastor Mario Gutierrez at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 12pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
