Eric David Covarrubias, 28, was born September 11, 1987 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on February 9, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Darla Myers; children, Camron, Brandon, Angelina; father, David Covarrubias; stepmom, Melva Villarreal; mother, Noelia Apodaca; stepdad, Joe Apodaca; siblings, Alyssa Covarrubias, Anthony Covarrubias, JoJo Apodaca, Julian Apodaca, John Apodaca; paternal grandparents, Jesus & Antonia Covarrubias; maternal grandmother, Norberta Milian; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
