Evangelina Montalvo Betancourt, 93, was born in General Teran, Nuevo Leon, Mexico on August 2, 1931 and was called to be with her Lord and Savior on September 23, 2024 in Pasadena, Texas. Evangelina was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is preceded in death by her father Cruz Montalvo Aguilar, mother; Alejandra Cardenas Rodriguez, sons; Rogelio Betancourt, Genaro Betancourt, and Elias Betancourt. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her children; Antonio Betancourt, Roemilda Padron, Marylou Betancourt, Daniel Betancourt, Jesse Betancourt & wife Jo Ann, Sylvia Soliz & husband Ralph, brother; Florentino Montalvo Cardenas, her sisters; Lourdes Montalvo de Garza, Celestia Montalvo Moreno, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Evangelina also leaves behind to cherish many other family and friends. She will be missed by all those who were able to share wonderful memories with her.
