Francisco C. Rodriguez: Beloved, Son, Student, Friend, Brother, Husband, Father,
Employee, Merchant, Investor, Self Employed, Man of Faith.
On December 25th, 2019, Francisco C. Rodriguez (67) peacefully while sleep, passed
away and entered the Holy Gates of Heaven. Born October 10th, 1952, in La Biznaga
Municipio de Villa de Guadalupe San Luis Potosí, Mexico. He attended Jose Rosas
Moreno Elementary School at Matehuala S.L.P. During his Elementary School
attendance: he resided at Regules Robles, intersecting with Cinco De Mayo, Matehuala
S.L.P. He was a devoted student with Strong Academic Credentials. He was well-liked
among his classmates, teachers, peers, family members, and significant others. Many of
them continuously sought him because he was always a fun, caring, loving, easy-going
and enjoyable person to be around.
After his Elementary School from Matheuala, he moved to la Biznaga, Municipio de
Villa de Guadalupe S.L.P. He lived there until he legally immigrated to Texas. Once he
came to Texas, he lived in Raymondville, and Dona, TX. While there, he was employed
as a Seasonal Worker in the fields, harvesting spinach, cotton, and other work, earning
him 50 cents an hour at the time. He also would travel to California to work there
seasonally as well in the same labor market.
Subsequent to this, he moved to Houston, TX, lived at 74th St Houston, TX 77011; later
7415 Ave H, 77011. He started his employment in the Construction Industry in numerous
Construction Companies not limited to Brown and Root and others. Moreover, he at a
particular time, became self-employed in his Mastered Construction Trade. He learned all
aspects of the Residential Trade ranging from Roofing, Framing, Siding, etc., etc. and the
Commercial as well. Once married he moved to Chaffin St, Houston, TX.
He frequently visited with his parents and Family Members at 6915 Ave H, Houston, TX
77011, and later resided at the same address with his father until his departure from this
world. Simultaneous to all these, he Attended and Graduated Valedictorian from the
School of Hard Knocks.
While active in his community, he had no problem with generously extending a helping
hand to anyone that would need it. He was more than happy to offer to do so and without
any expectation of remuneration in return whatsoever.
Francisco Rodriguez was born from the Union of Lorenzo M. Rodriguez and Maria
Isabel Rodriguez.
On or about November 1974, he married Consuelo Martinez, to become his only wife
during part of his life, to become Consuelo Rodriguez. The following children were born
out of the union: Francisco Rodriguez Jr., Luz
Idalia Rodriguez, Juan Carlos Rodriguez.
Although his marriage was later legally dissolved, he unconditionally, predominantly,
continuously communicated, supported, encouraged, motivated and loved his children to
adulthood. Some more than others due to work schedules and other matters. He continued
principally with an amicable communication with his ex-spouse as well. He continued
working in the Construction Industry before, during and after the dissolution of his
marriage. Simultaneous to this, he maintained constant communication with his Parents,
Brothers, Sisters, Friends and Significant Others.
Furthermore, he lived and worked in Gaithersburg, MD, Las Vegas, NV, San Pablo, CA.
During this time, he successfully took and passed a rigorous examination, as required, to
gain entry into the Construction Union. As a Construction Union member for a limited
time, he worked for a Construction Company and elected early retirement status upon
achieving legal retirement requirements. Simultaneous to all this, he took and
successfully passed his citizenship exam and became a United States Citizen
After Partial retirement, he continued part-time as a self-employed person in the
Construction Trade. Later he invested in a Mobile Restaurant Opportunity. Furthermore,
he became a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investor. He worked, maintained,
and managed his Real Estate Investments.
Simultaneous to these: he became an active, committed, devoted, sustaining member of
the Manchester Baptist Church. Among other things, he acquired a phenomenal Spiritual
Growth. This allowed him to Actively Participate in his Church and Outside as well in
sharing the Word of God with Church, Family Members, Friends, Significant others as
well as Everyone that had a desire to learn and share the Word of God. He was much
loved by everyone mentioned as well.
Francisco C. Rodriguez, although not perfect, was a very affectionate, amiable,
charitable, compassionate, considerate, cordial, courteous, friendly, gentle, gracious,
humane, kind-hearted, kind, loving, sympathetic, tolerant, humanitarian, understanding,
altruistic, amicable, beneficent, benevolent, benign, clement, bounteous, big at heart,
congenial, eleemosynary, indulgent, lenient, mild, neighborly, obliging, philanthropic,
propitious, softhearted, tenderhearted, gracious, humane, good, generous, sympathetic,
thoughtful, polite, charitable, good-natured, genial, warm, pleasant, merciful, hearty,
accommodating, affable, approachable, beneficent, benignant, bonhomous, gallant, easy,
chivalrous, complaisant, forthcoming, hospitable, indulgent, loving, unctuous, urbane,
well-mannered, stately, sociable, pleasing, suave, and humble.
He enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved numerous kinds of music, ranging from songs,
corridos, ballads, polkas, cumbias, as well as others.
He precedes in passing, the following family members, as well as the ones mentioned
above and numerous Aunts, Uncles. Nieces, Nephews, Significant Others, and All Loved
Ones as well.

Sisters: Maria Garcia, Marciana Rodriguez, Hortencia Sifuentes, and Yolanda Amador.
Brothers: Rogelio C. Rodriguez, Evaristo C. Rodriguez(deceased), Lorenzo C.
Rodriguez, Rigoberto C. Rodriguez, Jesus C. Rodriguez and Carlos C. Rodriguez.
Mr. Francisco C. Rodriguez may be described by many in different ways. Ranging from
Some, limited to not being a Saint. He also never claimed to be one as well. For others, a
Very Honorable Man; exemplifying a Sterling Reputation and a Man of Faith. For some
and a Great Number of us, not only everything as herein described but much more
beyond that. He will forever in our memories remain a TRUE HERO.
The Unconditional Love from everyone mentioned above and others will forever
survive his passing this World to Eternal Life. We will forever miss you; deeply
forever carry you in our hearts and never forget you Francisco Rodriguez
