Francisco Javier Salazar was born on February 11, 1956 to his loving parents Estanislao Salazar and Blanca Berlanga in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 7, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Francisco is survived by his son, Francisco Javier Salazar, Jr. & wife Jessica Ann; his daughters, Miriam Marlene Villalobos & husband Luis, Azucena Fleming & husband Tracy, and Frances Salazar & husband Abel Interiano; his brothers, Jaime Salazar, and Benigno Salazar; his sisters, Dora Delia Salazar, Guadalupe Margarita Salazar, and Alma Leticia Salazar; his grandchildren, David, Karizma, Aaron, Kaylah, Ashley, Luis Jr., Christopher, Giovanni, Alexis, Leslie, Emily, Nayelie, Daisy, Vanesa, Natalie, and Cruz Jr.; and his great grandchild, Robert, Francisco will be deeply missed by all of those he leaves behind.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 6:30pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
