Gerardo Orocio Sanchez, 63, was born on October 3, 1951 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on September 9, 2015 in Pearland, Texas. Gerardo is preceded in death by his Father, Eugenio Orocio; his Mother, Francisca Sanchez; his Son, Gerardo Orocio. He is survived by his Wife, Teresa Maria Orocio; his Sons, Francisco Orocio & wife Veronica and Jorge Orocio; his Daughters, Marlet Hernandez & husband Antonio and Sugell Orocio & husband Julio Sanchez; his Brother, Francisco Orocio; his Sister, Maria del Refugio Orozco Sanchez; and his Grandchildren, Hiram, Gerardo, Jenice, Aliyah, Luis Gerardo, Jonathan, Lynn, Maiya, Tonya, Pablo, Apryl, Julyssa, Ari, Jacqueline, Jorge.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Celebration of Mass will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 11am at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
