Gilbert Randolph Bell, 69, was born on August 10, 1949 in Beaumont, Texas and passed away on May 30, 2019 while surrounded by his loving family at his residence in Houston, Texas.  He served in the US Air Force and was a member of the VFW; after retiring from the military, Gilbert began his family and career as a crane operator in Houston, Texas.  Gilbert also helped build several places, including parts of the Houston Area Chemical Plants and Minute Maid Park.  He leaves behind to treasure and cherish his memories his loving wife of 45 years of marriage, Vicky Bell; his children, David Bell, Melissa Bell, and Lilia Bell; several grandchildren; also many other relatives and numerous friends.  Loved hard, played hard, and worked hard.  Gilbert will be dearly and greatly missed by all those who were touched by his beautiful soul.
