Grace Garcia

Grace Garcia, 55, was born on October 5, 1969, in Houston, Texas, and peacefully passed away on February 24, 2025, in her cherished hometown of Houston. Grace was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, whose presence brought warmth and love to all who knew her. Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family and friends.

Grace was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, always cheering them on with passion and excitement. But her true joy came from her grandchildren, who meant the world to her. She loved spending time with them, whether it was playing games or just enjoying their company. Their laughter brought her so much happiness.

She also had a love for adventure, especially when it came to Harley Davidson motorcycles. She enjoyed the freedom of the open road and the thrill it brought. Texas City was another place she held dear, where she found peace and contentment. Her dog, Sky, was a loyal companion who brought her comfort and joy.

Grace had a big heart and was always full of life. She faced challenges head-on and embraced every moment with a positive attitude. The little things in life—like a kind gesture or a beautiful sunset—made her the happiest. Grace’s ability to find joy in everyday moments was one of the many things that made her so special.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Benny S. Garcia and Maria Guadalupe Garcia; her beloved daughters, Amanda Michelle Coronado and Amber Nicole Godinez; and her brother, Johnny Garcia.

She is survived by her daughters, Alexis Nicole Godinez and her husband Randy, Amberly Ann Ramirez, and Ashley Grace Ramirez and her husband Jeremiah; her grandchildren, Benny Gee, Betty, Angelo, Sofia, Sage, and Jeremiah; her brother, Benjamin; as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.

Grace’s memory will be cherished forever by those who had the privilege of sharing in her life. She will be profoundly missed by all who loved her.
