Guadalupe "G.G." Garcia Gomez, 62, was born on June 17, 1957 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on January 24, 2020.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  G.G. loved and enjoyed life, always wearing his sunglasses because the sun was always shining down on him.  He will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.  G.G. was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Cruz; his son, Matthew David Amador Gomez; his uncle, Thomas Garcia; his brother in laws, Mike Austin, Bill Enoch, Joe Cavazos, and Gilbert Alonzo; and his cousin, Vivian Garcia.  G.G. leaves behind to cherish his memories, his father, Amador Cruz; his loving wife of 40 years, Evangeline A. Gomez; his daughter, Tricia Faee Nicholas & husband Byron and Miss Kitti; his sisters, Rosemary Cavazos, Paz Austin, Linda Enoch, and Yolanda Gonzales & husband Paul; his grandchild, Savannah Mariah Gomez; his besties, Blanca & Frank Rodriguez and Albert & Elena Alonzo; and many other relatives and friends.
