Hector Obdulio Rodriguez was born on May 16, 1934 in Bogota, Colombia to his parents, Obdulio Rodriguez & Maria Martinez. Hector was called to be with his Lord and Savior on March 16, 2017 in Houston, Texas while being surrounded by his loving family. Hector is survived by his wife of 40 years, Esther Reyna; their daughter, Alexandra Sanchez & husband Mike; his children, Hector Alfredo Rodriguez, Hector Adolfo Rodriguez, Sandra Rodriguez, & Claudia Rodriguez; his sister, Hilda Medina; his nephews, Jose Fernando Medina & Oscar Danilo Medina; and his 9 grandchildren. Hector will be dearly missed by all of those he shared life with.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel.Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 10am at St. Patrick Catholic Church (4918 Cochran, Houston, TX 77009).Cremation will take place on a later day.
