Duke Niezgoda, 69, was born on September 16, 1949 in Painesville, Ohio and went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2019 in The Woodlands, Texas.  Duke was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather.  He was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams were The Texas Longhorns, The Massillon Tigers, and The Ohio Buckeyes; but his greatest joy was watching his grandsons, Tyler and Evan Ivey.  Duke was a jokester who loved to make people laugh and he was well known for his community service.  Duke Niezgoda was preceded in death by his father, Henry Thomas Niezgoda, Sr., and his mother Rita Marguerite VonBessler.  He leaves behind to treasure his memories his loving wife Vicki Lynn Niezgoda, of 48 years; his son, Henry Thomas "Brock" Niezgoda III; his daughter, Shelley Ivey & husband Jeff; his brothers, Von Niezgoda, Frank Niezgoda, Mark Niezgoda; his sisters, Teri Dew, Niki Green, Sheila Niezgoda Oakes, Stefi McGuinnis, Julia Niezgoda Toth; and his two grandsons, Tyler Ivey and Evan Ivey.  Duke will be deeply missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.
