Homero Teran, Jr., 47, was born on October 22, 1968 in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 21, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Homero was a loving husband and father and a very compassionate person. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, and barbecuing. Homero was a proud member of the H.P.D. Family, serving the community for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Elisa Wong (May, 2003). Surivors include his father, Homero Teran, Sr.; his wife of 12 years, Susan Caroline Teran; his sons, Adrian Roberto Teran, Joshua Damian Teran, and Andrew Rock Teran; his daughters, Yvonne Fresia Teran and Dominique Adriana Teran; his sister, Zaida Teran-Wong; 8 grandchildren, Jazlynn, Desiree, Kaylan, Brianna, Aiden, Audrey, Aryanana, and Houston. Also survived by numerous relatives and friends. Homero will be dearly missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited by Deacon Johnny Salinas at 7:30pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 12:30 at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with Chaplain Monty Montgomery officiating. Committal Service will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.Visits: 44
