Ildefonsa Diaz Alcala

02/14/1920 - 05/16/2013         Ildefonsa "Chita" Diaz Alcala , was born on February 14, 1920 in San Antonio, Texas & was called home to be with her "Lord & Savior" on May 16, 2013 while surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her Sons, Hector M. Alcala & Francisco Javier Alcala. Survivors include; Son, Luis A. Alcala; Daughters, Esther Herrera, Ana M. Falcon & Anita A. Gomez; 17 Grandchildren; 32 Great-Grandchildren & many Great-Great-Grandchildren. Chita will be dearly missed by family & friends. Visitation will begin Monday, May 20, 2013 from 3-9pm at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with a Rosary being recited at 7:00pm. Final Viewing will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel at 8:30am followed with a Funeral Mass procession to Resurrection Catholic Church at 9:30. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Cemetery.
