04/20/1928 - 06/11/2014 Ines R. Rodriguez, 86 was born on April 20, 1928 in Odem, Texas & was called home to be with his “Lord & Savior” on June 11, 2014. Mr. Rodriguez served in the United States Army & also served in the United States Coast Guard during the Berlin Crisis. He is pre­ceded in death by his Wife, Carmen Rodriguez; Son, Richard Rodriguez; Mother, Aurora Zermeno & Brother, David Zermeno. Survivors include his Sons, Roland, Jesse, Raymond & Phillip Rodriguez; Daughter, Linda Salinas; Brothers, Raymond Rodriguez, Frank, Mike, Benjamin, & Daniel Zerme­no; Sister, Socorro Zerme­no; Grandchildren, Hector, Vincent & Janice Salinas; 4 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will begin Friday, June 20, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church located at 7539 Avenue K, Houston, Texas 77012. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Ramiro presiding. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at the American Legion on 76th Street & Avenue C.
