Isidro Saldaña, 76, was born on October 14, 1940 in Del Valle, Texas to his parents, Margarito Saldaña & Isabel Regalado. Isidro was called Home on March 2, 2017 in Houston, Texas while being surrounded by his loving family. Isidro is preceded in death by his brother, Frank "Poncho" Saldaña; and his grandchildren, Christopher Joseph Espinoza, and Brittany Lemond. Isidro is survived by his wife of 57 years, Connie Saldaña; his sons, Isidro Saldaña, Jr. & wife Leah, & Gary Steven Saldaña & wife Angie; his daughters, Connie O'Brien & husband Donald, Jr., & Christina Espinoza & husband Mike; and his grandchildren, Stevie Michelle O'Brien, Shelby O'Brien, Mikey Xavier Espinoza, Celine Nicole Espinoza, Natalie Marie Espinoza, Kyle Jake Saldaña, Desiree Jane Saldaña, Sydney Saldaña, Bradley Lemond, and Joy Saldaña. Isidro will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 10am at The Catholic Charismatic Center (1949 Cullen Blvd., Houston, Texas 77023).Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
