Jesus O. Farias, 64, was born on October 11, 1950 in Edinburg, Texas and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on July 14, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Jesus is preceded in death by his Father, Raymundo Farias; Mother, Teofila Olvera; Daughter, Patricia Farias; Brother, Benito Farias; and Sister, Fita Gonzalez. Survivors include his Wife of 39 years, Maria San Juanita Farias; Sons, Jesse Farias, Jr. & Wife Cessly and Joe Ray Farias; Daughters, Sandra Gil & husband Alex and Cristina Farias; Brother, Francisco Farias; Sisters, Alma Rodriguez and Mary Trevino; 8 Grandchildren, Angel Gil, Alexus Gil, Decarae Farias, Naya Hernandez, Joe Ray Farias, Patricia Farias, Kaine Farias, and PJ Farias; also 2 Great Grandchildren, Cienna Garcia and Kaleb Rae.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a Celebration of Life Service at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11am at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
