Jesus Eduardo Gomez, 69, was born on October 13, 1946 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 24, 2016. Jesus left behind to cherish his memories his loving wife of 48 years, Elma I. Gomez; his son, Jesus E. Gomez, Jr. & wife Beatriz; his daughters, Guadalupe Gomez and Marisol Solis & husband Jorge H.; his brothers, Fermin Gomez and Juan Gabino Gomez; his sisters, Guadalupe Garza, Veronica Moncada, Rosario Huicochea, and Teresa Gomez; his grandchildren, Mayda Solis, Jorge Solis, Jr., Elida Sofia Solis, Christian Gomez, Ethan Gomez, Nicholas Gomez, and Jacob Gomez. He will be dearly missed by all those who love him.

Visitaiton will take place on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 1pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Cremation will take place on a later day.
