Jesus C. Salinas, Jr., 57, was born on October 31, 1963 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 25, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his father, Jesus Maria Salinas, Sr.  Jesus leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his mother, Hortencia Salinas; his wife, Elvira Guerra de Salinas; his sons, Jesus Salinas III, Juan Salinas, and Fabian Guerra; his daughter, Jessica Salinas; his brothers, Justo Salinas and Joel Salinas; his sister, Teresa Salinas; his grandchildren, Miguel Angel Mendoza, Jr. and Mila Galilea Mendoza; he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.
