Joe was a devoted son and brother who cherished family gatherings, bringing laughter and warmth to every occasion with his infectious sense of humor. Known for his affectionate nature, he had a special bond with children and made every moment spent with them truly memorable.

A true jack of all trades, Joe had a wide array of interests, including a passion for fast cars—especially Corvettes—and a love for barbecues. He was always there for his family, ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.

Joe is preceded in death by his beloved grandfathers, Ciro Guadalupe Hernandez and Joe S. Moreno Jr.; his uncle, Danny Moreno; and his baby sister, Tomasita Hernandez. He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory: his parents, Tomas Hernandez Jr. and Dominga Maria Moreno Hernandez; his paternal grandparents, Tomas Hernandez Sr. and Maria Raquel Hernandez; his maternal grandmother, Rachel Moreno; his great-grandmother, Catalina Hernandez; his brothers, Tomas Diego Hernandez and Dominick Nikolas Hernandez; his sister, Celeste Rachel Hernandez; his girlfriend, Dana Perez; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
