Joe Roy Nava 1940 - 2015

Joe Roy Nava, 75, was born on February 5, 1940 in Elmer City, Oklahoma and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on August 17, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Joe is preceded in death by his Parents Rosendo and Martha Nava; also by his Siblings, Fermin, Rosendo, Gabino, Jesus, and Aurora. Mr. Nava is survived by his Wife of 51 years, Ysidra Nava; his Sons, Fred Nava & wife Roxanne, Maurico Nava & wife Molly, and Victor Nava & wife Si-An; his Daughters, Alicia Nava & husband Michael Reyes and Sheila Nava; his Brothers, Pantaleon Nava, Daniel Nava, Felix Nava, Baltazar Nava, and Reyes Nava; by his Sisters, Maria Gonzalez, Joaquina Nava, and Irene Charles; his Grandchildren, Estrella Nava, Skye Nava, Darrell Massey, Hannah Massey, Christina Gonzales, Brianna Gonzales-Webber, Andrea Nava, Doriana Nava, Matthew Salinas, Cruz Salinas, Michaela Reyes, Daniella Guzman, and Angela Guzman, and also by his Great Grandchildren, Mila Guerrero, Levi Massey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11am at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
