Jose Lazaro Hernandez was born on March 15, 1955 in Guanajuato, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 31, 2017 in Houston, Texas while being surrounded by his loving family. Jose was preceded in death by his mother, Maura Rodriguez. He is survived by his father, Jose Hernandez; his loving wife of 20 years, Gabriela Hernandez; his sons, Dennis Hernandez & wife Jennifer and Joe Hernandez & wife Aracely; his brothers, Arturo Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Ernesto Hernandez, Alfredo Hernandez, Gustavo Hernandez, and Jose Hernandez; his sisters, Carmen Garza and Salud Lopez; his grandchildren, Emily, Elijah, and Analise; and his furry companion, Lady. Jose will be dearly missed by all those who shared with him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 12:00pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service being held at 7:00pm at the Centro Cristiano Cosecha Final Church (8823 Frey Rd. Houston, Texas 77034).Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 10:00am at the Centro Cristiano Cosecha Final Church (8823 Frey Rd. Houston, Texas 77034) officiated by Pastor Francisco Diaz.Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery (8706 Almeda Genoa Rd., Houston, Texas 77075) following the Funeral Service.
