Jose de Jesus Vasquez, 66, was bonr on January 14, 1950 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 14, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Jose de Jesus was preceded in death by his father, Jose de Jesus Vasquez; his mother, Josefina Perez Torres; and his son Bertin Vasquez (2012). He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Margarita Vasquez; his sons, Rene Vasquez and Hector Vasquez; his daughter, Esmeralda Vasquez; his brother Elias Vasquez; his sister, Beatrice Vasquez; his 8 grandchildren, Jesus, Elizabeth, Uriel, Lizbeth, Esmeralda, Alexa, Rene, and Ziara; and his 5 great grandchildren, Areli, Valerie, Evely, Mia, and Leah.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 atn on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 2pm at Immaculate Concpection Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
