Jose Luis Moreno, Jr., 22, was born on April 14, 1998 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 19, 2021 in Houston, Texas.  He leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his father, Jose Luis Moreno, Sr.; his mother, Maria Jasmin Valencia; his sister, Jasmine Nicole Moreno; he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Jose Luis will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
