Jose Juan Muniz, 69, was born on February 12, 1947 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on September 1, 2016 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Maria De Los Angeles San Miguel de Muniz; his four sons, Carlos Alberto Muniz, Jose Eduardo Muniz, Rene Roberto Muniz, and Edgar Waltier Muniz; his brothers, Enrique Muniz, Luis Muniz, and Mario Alberto Muniz; his sisters, Patria Muniz and Maria Guadalupe Muniz; as well as his grandchildren, Carlos Angel, Angel Anthony, Albert, and Christopher. Jose Juan was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm with a Prayer Service at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
