Jose Refugi o Rivera 1946 - 2015

Jose Refugio Rivera, 69, was bonr on July 1, 1946 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on October 28, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Jose is preceded in death by his Parents, Juan Rivera Gonzalez and Cleofas Briones Salas and survived by his Wife of 32 years, Ana B. Rivera; his Sons, Carlos Sanchez and Eduardo Sanchez; his Daughter, Abilene Rivera; his Brothers, Jesus Rivera and Paulino Rivera; his Sisters, Eusebia Rivera, Beatriz Rivera, and Rita Rivera; and his Grandchildren, Benjamin, Abraham, Ketlia, Carlos, and Camila.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 3pm to 9pm with a Prayer Service at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 10am at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
