Jose Luis Ruiz Vega, 63, was born on November 8, 1951 in Cd. Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico and entered into eternal rest on February 27, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Survived by his Father, Severo Ruiz Salas; Mother, Concepcion Vega Morales; Son, jose Luis Ruiz Amador and wife Alondra De Leon; Daughters, Karla Edith Lucio and husband Leornardo Lucio, and Olga Lidia Ruiz Amador and husband Rafael Santana; Brother, Antonio Ruiz Vega; Sisters, Silvia Ruiz Vega and Mireya Ruiz Vega; and 5 Granchildren, Armani Lucio, Rafael Santana, Jr., Derek Santana, Nico Lucio, and Yaretzi Ruiz.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm with a celebration of Mass at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
