1929 - 2021

Josefa Avila Quiroga, 92, was born on March 29, 1929 in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called up to be with her Lord and Savior on April 22, 2021 in Houston, Texas.  Josefa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco Quiroga and Maria de los Angeles Arrambide; her loving husband, Roberto Avila Leos; and her sister, Lucia Arce Quiroga.  Josefa leaves behind to cherish her memories, her son, Hector Ignacio Avila; her grandchildren, Josefina Avila, Roberto Avila, Mayra Cazares, and Hector T. Avila; many great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Josefa will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories wit her.

Time: 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Rosary: 5:00pm

Location: Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel

Cremation will take place on a later date.
