Juan M. Gonzalez, 61, was born on May 27, 1954 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and went home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on May 30, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Preceded in death by his Father, Estanislao Gonzalez. Juan is survived by his Mother, Rebeca Guevara; by his Wife of 33 years, Evangelina Gonzalez; his Sons, Juan Manuel Gonzalez, Jr. and wife Elvira, Ernesto Gonzalez, and Steve Gonzalez; by his Daughter, Angelica Velasquez and husband Ivan; by his Brothers, Homero Gonzalez and Javier Gonzalez; by his Sisters, Ofelia Gonzalez, Maria de la Luz Gonzalez, Rosa Maria Gonzalez, and Hilda Margarita Gonzalez; also by his 5 Grandchildren, Angel Velasquez, Abigail Velazquez, Arian Velasquez, Julianna Gonzalez, and Damian Gonzalez.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 4pm to 9pm with a Mass being celebrated at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Cremation will take place on a later day.
