Juan "John" Z. Gaitan 1924 - 2015

Juan "John" Z. Gaitan, 91, was born on May 23, 1924 in Orange, Texas to Pablo and Victoria Gaitan and went home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on June 14, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Preceded in death by his beloved Parents, Wife Rebecca C. Gaitan, and his Sons, Johnny and Joseph Gaitan. Survivors include his Son, Manuel Gaitan & wife Martha Williams; Daughters, Delia "Dee" Schwarz and Debra Aleman; Sisters, Paula Villarreal and Lupe Salazar; Grandchildren, John A. Gaitan, Josh Schwarz, Kristien Banks & husband Chris, J.D. Schwarz, Jennifer Rodriguez & husband Glenn, Johnny Villarreal, Lupe Aleman, Joey Aleman, and Sandra Gaitan; Great Grandchildren, Raven Gaitan, Dylan Scwarz, Katelyn Banks, Gabriel Banks, Bradley Banks, Criss Vaquerano, Frankie Vaquerano, Layla Rodriguez, and Alyssa Aleman.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 4pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family chapel. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10am at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
