Leonor Sandoval Flores, 79, was born on March 30, 1937 in Coahuila, Mexico to Margarito Torres Laureano and Maria de los Angeles Sanchez Hernandez and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 22, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Leonor was preceded in death by her beloved Parents; her husband, Emilio Flores; and her brother, Hector Medellin Sanchez. She is survived by her loving daughter, Alicia Galvan & husband Ray; her grandchildren, Monica Rodriguez & husband Frank, Carlos Galvan & wife Christina, and Weston Blair & wife Cathy; 7 great grandchildren; brothers, Heliodoro Torres Sanchez and Alfredo Medellin Sanchez; sisters, Eustolia Torres Sanchez, Josefina Torres Sanchez, and Rosario Medellin Sanchez; she is also survived by 10 nieces and 10 nephews, numerous other relatives, and friends. Leonor will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 6:30pm at the Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 12pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with Father Benigno Pardo officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
