Luis Arcadio Pereyra, 41, was born on August 25, 1974 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 22, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Luis worked for Saxon as a Diesel Mechanic. He enjoyed Heavy Metal Concerts. Luis was a devoted son to his mother. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Francisco Pereyra (2005). Survivors include his mother San Juana Zamora; son, Jonathan Luis Pereyra; daughter, Linda Marie Pereyra; brothers, Luis Francisco Pereyra, Juan Francisco Pereyra, Jose Raul Pereyra, Carlos Alfonso Pereyra, and Gabriel Pereyra; sisters, Maria Pereyra Gonzalez, Veronica, Sanchez, and Ruth De Morais; also survived by 1 grandchild.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 4:30pm at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (9217 E. Avenue L, Houston, TX 77012). Cremation will take place on a later day.
