Luis Ramirez, 26, was born on August 12, 1988 in Bossier City, Louisiana and was called home to be with his "Lord and Savior" on July 12, 2015 in La Mesa, California. Luis is survived by his Father, Javier Ramirez; Mother, Elizabeth Capetillo Hutchins & husband Jon; Sister, Alexandra Hutchins; Maternal Grandfather, Catarino Capetillo, Jr.; Maternal Grandmother, Maria Alejandra Chavez; Maternal Great Grandfather, Catarino Capetillo, Sr.; Uncles, Juan Capetillo, Rodolfo Capetillo, and Reymundo Capetillo; and Aunts, Sonia Rivera and Catrina Cordova.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 6pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Luis will be placed to rest with full Military Honors to follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
